Terms and Conditions
The terms applying to orders, payments, delivery, returns, and purchases from Brookverly™.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. transit normally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days.

brookverly.com is operated by Dongguan Geju Technology Co., Ltd. under the Brookverly™ brand. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the store.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract. Minors may purchase only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement as permitted by law.
Accurate Information
You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, shipping, and account information and safeguard account credentials.
Products and Specifications
We aim for accuracy, but display settings, measurement methods, production tolerances, packaging updates, and material variations can affect appearance or specifications. Review the product page before ordering.
Prices and Availability
Prices, promotions, availability, and assortment may change prospectively. Obvious errors may be corrected. Taxes and shipping charges appear where applicable.
Orders and Acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may verify, accept, limit, decline, or cancel for stock, pricing, payment, fraud, address, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
Payment
Payment methods shown at checkout require authorization. Your provider may impose separate fees. A payment authorization does not by itself guarantee order acceptance.

Intellectual Property
Brookverly™ branding, original copy, designs, photographs, graphics, and protected materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
Third-Party Services
Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics, security, and advertising services may support the store under their own terms and privacy notices.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the store and content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Nothing excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss. Mandatory liabilities remain unaffected.
Events Beyond Control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including carrier disruption, weather, labor events, public emergencies, or infrastructure failure.
