Payment & Security
Transparent information about payment authorization, pricing, billing, fraud prevention, and refunds.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. transit normally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days.
Available Payment Methods
Payment methods available for your transaction are displayed at checkout. Availability can vary by device, location, currency, order information, and payment provider.
Currency and Final Total
Store prices are generally shown in USD. Review items, quantities, shipping details, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and the final total before submitting payment.
Authorization and Verification
Orders require successful payment authorization. Banks or payment providers may use authentication, address checks, fraud screening, or other verification.
Payment Status and Order Acceptance
A pending charge or authorization is not final acceptance. We may verify, limit, decline, or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, fraud, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
Checkout Security
Checkout and payment processing are supported by Shopify and applicable payment providers. Brookverly™ does not intentionally publish full payment card numbers through ordinary order records.
Payment Failures
Confirm billing details, available funds, card validity, and bank approval. For security, your provider may not disclose its precise reason for declining a transaction.
Bank and Conversion Fees
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion, international, cross-border, or other fees. Those charges are controlled by the provider, not Brookverly™.
Fraud Prevention
Orders may be held, verified, limited, or canceled when information appears inconsistent or risk indicators require review. We may request reasonable confirmation but will never ask for a password or full card number by email.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable and are normally processed within 5–10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional posting time.
